Pest Inspections
Another inspection that should be done is looking for evidence of wood destroying insects (WDI).
Not only will this inspector be looking for termites but ants, beetles, carpenter bees etc. any insect that can be chewing on your house especially a wood sided house or one with lots of surrounding trees, sorry it does not include mice but if the inspector sees evidence of mice they will certainly call it to your attention.
